🎨 What Determines the Cost of a Commission?
Commission pricing is thoughtfully calculated based on:

(Charged by square inch)Level of detail & complexity
(Highly detailed scenes or multiple subjects increase the time and care required)Number of subjects
(Each additional pet or person is priced accordingly)Medium and materials
(Archival-quality watercolor paper, professional-grade paints, and acid-free matting)Sketches & revisions
(Time spent in mockups or adjustments is part of the process)Shipping & Handling
(Includes careful packaging, insured shipping, and tracking)Communication & Project Management
(Timely responses, custom contracts, and updates throughout the process)
Each piece also includes a Certificate of Authenticity and is signed by the artist.
✨ A Note from the Artist
I create artwork that reflects what is pure, honorable, and pleasing to God. I do not paint nudity, crude, or inappropriate scenes. If your project falls outside these values, I kindly encourage you to connect with an artist whose style aligns with your vision.
📌 The Process
Share Your Vision 💌
For Pet Portraits:
After purchasing your pet portrait commission, please email me the details for your painting, including the size, medium, and clear reference photos of your pet. You can also visit ‘Pet Portraits Commission Guidelines’ for helpful tips on choosing the best photos. For Custom Subjects (Landscapes, Memories, etc.):
After we’ve discussed your idea and agreed on the concept, please email me the details including size, medium, and subject.
Once we agree on the details and pricing for either type of commission, I will send you a contract outlining everything, along with a payment link and my contact information. Full payment is required before work begins and will act as your digital signature, confirming your acceptance of the contract terms.
Provide High-Quality Photos 📸
Please send at least two clear, high-resolution images. Make sure you own or have permission to use the photos. Low-quality or pixelated images can affect the details and overall quality of the final artwork.
Approval & Sketches ✍🏻
If your commission involves combining multiple photos, I’ll send a preliminary sketch for approval. If not, I’ll share an initial progress photo. You’ll receive a final preview before shipping. Timely approval is essential to avoid delays.
Timeline & Completion ⏰
Smaller paintings usually take 3-7 business days to complete. Larger or more complex pieces may take longer. Clear communication and timely photo submissions help ensure the project stays on track.
Shipping 📦
I ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping times may vary due to weather, strikes, or other delays beyond my control. Please note: I am not responsible for shipping delays once the artwork has been dispatched. However, I will keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
